At 7:52 a.m., ITS became aware of a Citrix (VDI) outage. Individuals receive an “Access is denied” message as they open Citrix applications or desktops. As a result, people are unable to access Banner, CBPA, or Law School systems, and more through VDI. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution.
