Issues with Adding New Accounts to the IT/Facilities Service Portal Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the issue with new faculty, staff, and students not being added to the service portal (TeamDynamix) system. All missing users have been added, and the feed should add new faculty, staff, and students from now on. If you encounter any issues, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001.
