ONE HUNDRED YEARS and counting. The School Of Education (SOE) Chapter of the International Honor Society in Education, Kappa Delta Pi, is celebrating 100 years of Drake University chapter membership. The School of Education’s Epsilon Chapter was the fourth chapter in the nation and has been active since 1917.
KDP was founded in 1911. It is an honorary community of diverse educators who promote excellence in education by advancing scholarship, leadership, and service. KDP supports and advances educators throughout their teaching careers.
The School of Education will be celebrating KDP between 10:00 and 2:00 in the Curriculum Library on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Stop by the SOE to celebrate and congratulate current KDP members.
