ITS is investigating a series of brief internet connectivity interruptions occurring today. These interruptions may cause Microsoft Teams calls, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) sessions, and other internet-dependent applications to disconnect unexpectedly.
Current information indicates the impact is primarily affecting employee services, while student and guest internet access appears unaffected. ITS and our service provider are actively investigating and will provide updates as information becomes available.
If you’re being affected by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Network Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
