ITS staff and our vendor partner continue to work on resolving the firewall issue impacting virtual apps and desktops. AVD/the Windows App is available, though with limited functionality, and Banner users can access the system. Our team is actively working on stabilizing the standby firewall to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
