ITS is continuing to work on the wireless connectivity issues affecting parts of campus. At this time, Collier‑Scripps and the Science Connector Building appear to be the most impacted, but users in other areas may also experience difficulty connecting to eduroam or staying online.
We understand how disruptive this is, and we’re working to restore stable wireless service as quickly as possible.
If you’re experiencing Wi‑Fi problems, we can identify patterns and troubleshoot more effectively by having the following details the most helpful information you can share includes:
- Building where the issue occurred
- Room number
- MAC address of the affected device (found in your Wi‑Fi or network settings)
- What you observed at the time, such as:
- Slow to connect or no connection at all
- Connected, but then lost connection
- Error messages
We’ll share additional updates as we learn more. Thank you for your patience and collaboration.
Please report issues by submitting a Network Issue ticket through our support portal, calling 515‑271‑3001, or visiting the ITS Support Center in the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
