ITS continues to address the intermittent eduroam wireless issues affecting Collier‑Scripps, the Harmon Fine Arts Center, and the Science Connector Building. Our network team, working closely with our vendor partner Cisco, are implementing targeted fixes to stabilize and fully restore connectivity.
To ensure we have a full understanding of the campus-wide impact while this work is ongoing, please contact the Support Center so we can respond promptly and ensure consistent service across all areas. Submit a Network Issue ticket through our service portal, call 515-271-3001, or visit the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device when we’re open.
