Microsoft 365 is currently experiencing a widespread issue in North America affecting the Outlook email service, including here at Drake. Individuals using both the desktop and web versions may experience degraded performance or intermittent access issues.

These service interruptions are external to Drake and stem from issues with Microsoft’s infrastructure. Our ITS team is actively monitoring the situation for more information as it becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding while Microsoft works toward full recovery. You can visit status.cloud.microsoft for additional information.

If you’re being impacted by this issue, you can report it to the ITS Support Center by submitting a ticket through our portal at service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
