ITS staff will be releasing required OS updates for all campus Mac and Windows computers beginning this month. During this time, devices will receive required system updates, including Windows 25H2 and macOS Tahoe. Service interruptions may occur as updates are installed.
This work is necessary to keep campus technology secure and up to date.
If you experience issues after the maintenance is complete, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
