ITS staff are aware of and investigating reports of intermittent network connectivity issues across campus, including both wired and wireless, and on DUGuest and eduroam. While some users have successfully reconnected, we’re actively monitoring the situation to ensure network stability and will provide appropriate updates to campus.
If you’re being affected by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Network Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
