ITS vendor partner Ellucian will be performing maintenance on security controls for the Banner Self-Service system this Wednesday, September 24 between 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. During this time, the primary Self-Service link on myDrake will be unavailable, but students, faculty, and staff will still be able to access the Employee Dashboard, Student Self Service, and Registration Self Service.
For Students
To access registration data or other personal information:
• Hover over the “Student Links” menu at the top of the page.
• Select “Student Profile” under the “Student Records” heading.
To access timesheets and the Employee Dashboard:
• Go to the “Student Employment” heading.
• Click “Employee Dashboard.”
For Faculty and Staff
To access the Employee Dashboard during maintenance:
• Hover over the “Employee Links” menu at the top of the page.
• Click the “Employee Dashboard” option.
If you experience issues after the maintenance is complete, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
