ITS staff successfully completed a significant upgrade of the Banner system over the weekend. The upgrade implements new features, improves system performance, and enhances security.
If you’re receiving a “Service Unavailable” error or experiencing issues accessing Banner Admin Pages, Self Service, ProcessMaker, or other linked sites, the issue can be resolved by clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and logging back in. Instructions on clearing your preferred browser’s cache and cookies is available through a Google search.
If clearing the cache and cookies doesn’t resolve the issue or if you continue to experience issues, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
