On August 16 at 10:00 p.m., there was a local power outage that affected Drake campus systems and services. Power has been restored, and ITS worked through the night to restore applications and services. Services that are still unavailable include Transact and E-accounts. Please allow several minutes for printing services to reconnect. Citrix Remote Desktop is unavailable, but Banner can be accessed on campus networks.
