As of 11:30 am, ITS became aware of an Ellucian issue with Self Service. Users are not able to access Self Service through the Commonly Used Apps section of myDrake. The Self Service dashboard is still accessible through Drake-hosted platforms such as the employee and student dashboards. As Ellucian works to resolve this issue, ITS will provide updates. To access applications from Self Service, use the menu in the upper left corner. Employees can use the following link to directly access Self Service: https://employeessb.drake.edu/EmployeeSelfService/ssb/hrDashboard. Students can use the following link to directly access Self Service: https://studentssb.drake.edu/StudentSelfService/ssb/studentProfile.
