At 8:10 AM, ITS became aware of a partial Panopto outage. As a result, users may not have access within their Blackboard courses to embedded or copied videos. All instructors can re-add the video to their course to fix the issue. ITS is in contact with the vendor; we are working to discern a systemic fix.
