As we head into the winter holiday break, ITS wanted to ensure you know how to get technical support.
On Wednesday, Dec. 21 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ITS Support Center staff will provide remote support for campus and will not be available for walk-in support in Carnegie Hall but will be available by calling 515-271-3001 for assistance. We will close at 4:30 p.m. for winter break, in observation of the University closing early due to the impending weather.
While the University is closed from Thursday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Jan. 2, visit the ITS service portal (service.drake.edu/its, or click the ITS Support button on myDrake) to find answers to most questions or submit a ticket to report tech issues that ITS staff will address once the University reopens after break. You can also call 515-271-3001, option 1, and be transferred to our after-hours support vendor.
