The ITS Support Center in Carnegie Hall assists students, faculty, and staff with campus technology questions. During academic semesters, the Support Center regular open hours are Mondays through Thursdays 8am-6:30pm, and Fridays 8am-4:30pm.
The Support Center will be open extended hours during move-in and Welcome Week as follows:
- Monday 8/22 & Tuesday 8/23, 8am-8pm
- Wednesday 8/24 & Thursday 8/25, 8am-7pm
- Friday 8/26, 8am-6pm
- Saturday 8/27 & Sunday 8/28, 1-5pm
Student Techs are available to assist student walk-ins anytime we’re open. Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to submit tickets via the ITS service portal, as technicians resolve many problems remotely. If an issue can’t be resolved remotely, we’ll schedule an appointment with you to ensure appropriate technical staff are available to assist.
