ITS is still working to resolve the external phone calls outage. ITS staff are working with Microsoft and the call routing vendor to isolate the problem. Right now, inbound calls seem to be working, but outgoing calls fail to connect. We will keep you posted of progress and will let you know when this outage has been resolved.
