In order to use Zoom successfully at Drake, you need to go to drake-edu.zoom.us once, and sign in using your Drake email address and password. This will connect you as a user for our campus Zoom license. This step only has to be taken once, but will ensure you will be able to enter class sessions, without being stuck in a waiting room.
