ITS is continuing to work on resolving the Skype for Business outage. Power outages in the Des Moines metra area are impacting one of the service providers needed for voice services via Skype. There is currently no ETA for when service will be restored. We will continue to keep you posted of progress and will let you know when this outage has been resolved.
