If you get an error message that states, “CAS Service Provider is not authorized” when trying to log into MyDUSIS, please clear your browser’s cookies and cache. ITS staff have worked with our vendor to resolve the issue behind the error, but until you clear your browser’s cookies and cache, you will continue to see the error. You will want to set the timing for cache/cookie clearing to all time, rather than just a specific time period.
