ITS learned last week that there is an issue affecting all Mac computers running macOS Mojave 10.14 or later. The Sophos Antivirus software is blocking the ability to connect to a captive WiFi network (like those in Starbucks, airports, etc.). Your connection to your home wireless network and Drake networks should be unaffected.

We had posted on Thursday, April 4 that there was a patch being released on April 9 to resolve this issue. Due to technical issues, we are unable to apply it at this time. We will let you know when this issue is fully resolved, however, the link below provides step by step directions to allow you to continue connecting to these types of wireless networks.
