ITS has recently learned that there is an issue affecting all Mac computers running macOS Mojave 10.14 or later. The Sophos Antivirus software is blocking the ability to connect to a captive WiFi network (like those in Starbucks, airports, etc.).

Your connection to your home wireless network and Drake networks should be unaffected. Sophos is releasing a software update on April 9 that should resolve this issue, but in the meantime, there’s a workaround.
