ITS was recently made aware of Banner issues. This is primarily affecting people who had opened Banner sessions earlier today through Banner INB apps on VDI and try to return to them. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. In the meantime, please try closing your open sessions and creating a new one. We’ve found this works for some users.
