Richard H. Pildes to present 2013 Constitution Day Lecture

On September 16, Richard H. Pildes, Sudler Family Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law, will deliver a lecture on “The Fundamental Transformation in the Law and Practice of Modern Warfare” at 3 p.m. in the Sussman Theater of the Olmsted Center at Drake University.
