The Drake Brass Quintet will give a free concert at 8 p.m. Sunday, April 27, on the Jordan Stage in Sheslow Auditorium in Old Main, 2507 University Ave.
The program will include works by Joseph Turrin, Paul Dukas, Jack End, Sonny Kompanek, John Glasel and Malcolm Arnold.
The quintet consists of four Drake faculty members and one Drake student:
- Andrew Classen, trumpet
- Grady McGrannahan, trombone
- Guinevere McIntyre, horn
- Michael Short, tuba
- Senior Justin Brookens, trumpet
