The Drake Law School will celebrate and educate students and citizens on Constitution Day from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 17, in room 206 of Cartwright Hall. The event, “How to be a Constitutional Lawyer,” is free and open to the public and will feature a panel of distinguished law faculty who have been involved in constitutional litigation. Pizza and soda will be provided for attendees.
The speakers include law professors Gordon Allen, Sally Frank and Associate Dean Russ Lovell. Mark Kende, the James Madison chair in constitutional law and director of the Drake Constitutional Law Center, will moderate the discussion.
