ITS staff applied a back-end change to address last week’s Blackboard issue, but missed a step in the process and unintentionally caused today’s issue. Our team has identified the error, corrected the process, and restored all students to their courses. We’re also taking steps to review our procedures to avoid a similar situation in the future.
