The ITS service portal at service.drake.edu/its is currently down for planned maintenance. This work will last most of today, Monday, June 19, 2023.
No other ITS systems are being impacted by this maintenance and should be operating normally. You should be able to login to myDrake, Blackboard, Banner, all Microsoft services, and other systems without any issues.
If you need assistance before the ITS Support Center resumes operations tomorrow, Tuesday 6/20, call 515-271-3001 to be connected to our after-hours support vendor. They will track any issues that need escalation and communicate them to us to address when we reopen.
