ITS continues to track the issue with Windows applications disappearing or failing to start. This issue only affects locally installed applications on Windows clients. Microsoft applications running on Macs or mobile devices are unaffected. The web versions of Microsoft applications are also unaffected. Please login to myDrake to access your email and files stored in OneDrive. You can also use the “waffle” in the upper left hand corner of the myDrake site to access the web versions of Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote.
Note that browsers such as Edge, Chrome and Firefox may be affected by this issue. It might be necessary to try multiple browsers to access myDrake or other websites.
