At 1 PM ITS was made aware that users were having issues connecting to ZOOM. Upon checking the Zoom status website the following notice was posted:
Investigating – Our monitoring has detected an issue causing a subset of users to be unable to reach zoom.us. Our engineers are currently investigating the impact and root cause. Zoom will provide updates as soon as there is more information to share.
ITS will monitor the situation and post here with any changes or updates. If you are having issues outside of zoom please contact the ITS Support Center at 515.271.3001.
