Following the change to Single Sign On (SSO) for Blackboard on November 21, an error was discovered preventing Drake users from remaining logged in. ITS has now resolved this error.

To ensure that you have the correct certificate for logging into campus services, like Blackboard, please log out of myDrake (by going to your photo or initials in the upper right-hand corner), clear your browser cache and log into myDrake again before accessing Blackboard.

NOTE: Be sure you’re using Chrome or Firefox browsers to access Blackboard as Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer can cause issues, especially around files.
