In the meantime, if you encounter issues accessing Blackboard, please continue to try clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser, as many users have found that it resolves the issue. If you are still unable to access Blackboard after cache clearing or in any browsers, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
