ITS staff have been made aware that there are some individuals across campus who are encountering issues with Teams calling. There have been reports of missing dial pads, as well as with receiving incoming calls.

If you are encountering any of these issues, or others related to Teams calling, first try closing and reopening the Teams app. If that doesn’t work, please submit a Telephone Issue at the IT Service Portal. Even if multiple people in your department are experiencing the same problem, please have each person submit separately. This gives ITS staff a better sense of the scope and makes it easier to investigate the root cause.
