ITS is continuing to work on resolving the Skype for Business outage and issues with Microsoft services. It appears Microsoft services such as Teams and email are all functioning properly at this point, but there continue to be lingering issues with Skype for Business. Right now, faculty and staff can use the full Skype for Business client from a Windows computer or Mac to make and receive phone calls. Polycom phones located on campus also work. However, the Skype for Business mobile app still is not functioning properly. We will continue to keep you posted of progress and will let you know when this outage has been resolved.
