At 8 a.m., ITS was made aware of a partial outage of the ITS and Facilities service portal vendor, TeamDynamix. They are diligently working towards a resolution. In the meantime, you may or may not be able to access the system at service.drake.edu to request assistance. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved.
