Late yesterday afternoon, ITS became aware of Citrix Workspace performance issues on Mediacom’s network. This is affecting the ability to launch applications and desktops from Drake’s Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops for individuals who receive their home internet service from Mediacom. Applications affected include remote access to Banner, the Campus Desktop, College of Business desktop, and others. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution.

While we work with Mediacom to solve the issue, anyone affected should instead visit from a web browser to access these systems. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
