Thank you for your patience. ITS has come up with a short-term solution that allows Drake faculty and staff to print directly to Lexmark printers from their Drake-owned computers. We are continuing to work with our vendor on a permanent resolution.
There are now Lexmark-specific printer drivers that can be downloaded and installed on Drake-owned computers. Please note that any print jobs sent to these Lexmark print queues will ONLY be able to be released at Lexmark printers. You can also still print to Lexmark printers via web printing.
