Three overlapping EDL cohorts
Last weekend in Cedar Rapids, for the first time ever, three different educational leadership cohorts overlapped on the same weekend in Cedar Rapids. Educational Leadership Professors, Jimmy Casas, Randal Peters, and Trent Grundmeyer held an “Ed Camp” format on Sunday where the three cohorts mixed together for activities. The students were very engaged and enjoyed the cross-cohort collaboration.
Additionally, the collaboration activities provided a mini-reunion opportunity for Steph Cooper, a student in the CR 10 cohort, who personally recruited three other students who are in the CR 12 cohort.
