Keys to Excellence: Nicholas Roth and Drake piano students in concert

Yamaha CFX

Nicholas Roth, associate professor of piano, will share the stage—and a world-renowned concert grand piano—with five Drake students during his annual faculty recital at Drake University next month. The free concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday, December 1, in Sheslow Auditorium, 2507 University Ave.

Nicholas Roth, associate professor of piano, will headline the evening with performances by Drake students Michael Buege, Esther Lim, Daniel Scheetz, Pablo Valladares, and Di Zhang. Qingling Ma, assistant professor of piano and accompanying at Minzu University in China, will also perform.
