Expert to talk personal financial responsibility
On Nov. 3, Thomas Coates, executive director and co-founder of Consumer Credit of Des Moines, will talk about personal financial responsibility at Drake University. The free event will begin at 7 p.m. at the Sheslow Auditorium. Consumer Credit of Des Moines is a nonprofit credit and debt counseling organization.
