Broadcast News junior-to-be Cassie Bishop is one of five individuals chosen for on-air tryouts to become KCCI’s new morning news traffic reporter.The Bondurant (Iowa) resident will occasionally appear between 6 and 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 14.
Bishop was selected from among dozens of applicants during auditions April 2 at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny.
The station soon plans to add new mapping that shows where traffic is moving smoothly and where it’s not.
