Drake University Head Start has received a $3,000 dental grant from Delta Dental. The money will be used throughout the program year for dental kits that will be sent home with families. The kits will contain a tooth brush for two adults and one child, a tube of toothpaste and education about good oral health. There will also be some oral health activities for families to participate in at the Drake University Head Start Zoo event on Saturday, September 11th. The Drake University Head Start program would like to thank Delta Dental for their generous gift.
