Drake’s Office of Alumni and Parent Programs is all about bringing people together.
• The classes of 1977, 1978, and 1979 will hold their 30-year cluster reunion on Saturday, April 26, 2008, during Drake Relays. The party will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Embassy Club, 801 Grand Ave., 40th floor, Des Moines. Cost is $35 per person for an elegant buffet dinner (cash bar).
• The classes of 1938, 1948, and 1958 will hold their reunions during Commencement weekend, May 16-18, 2008. Events will include the annual Alumni Awards Dinner on Friday, May 16; campus tours and the 50-Year Club Dinner on Saturday, May 17; and Commencement on Sunday, May 18, during which reunion attendees will don gold robes and join other graduates at the ceremony.
• Also in the works are a reunion of past Times-Delphic staff in fall 2008, and an all-Greek reunion during Drake Relays in April 2009.
