Assistant Professor of Voice Ann Cravero will present a New Music Pre-Recital Lecture at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, in Levitt Hall on Mezzo-Soprano Literature with composers William Dougherty, Brooke Joyce, Eric L. McIntyre, Bonnie Johansen-Werner, Jerry Owen, Ray Songayllo and poet Ann Struthers.
Following the lecture, Cravero will join teaching artist Bruce Perry, piano, in giving a New Music Recital at 8 p.m. on the Jordan Stage in Sheslow Auditorium. Admission to both the lecture and recital is free.
