Tracy A. Gallegos, LW'04, is featured on the cover of the summer issue of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. A profile detailing Tracy’s upbringing and the driving forces that steered her toward a career in the legal field is featured prominently in the issue.
An attorney in Fox Rothschild’s Las Vegas office, Tracy has a multifaceted practice that touches upon corporate, real estate, sports and entertainment law for clients ranging from start-up companies to established businesses.
An excerpt from the article written by Debbie Hall details Gallegos' experience during law school: "Gallegos was a student attorney for the school's legal clinic, where she provided legal services to indigent client involved in civil matters. She also served as president of the school's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and vice-president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society."
Gallegos' acknowledges that it was a professor from Drake Law who encouraged her to begin her career in Las Vegas. "He was right," says Gallegos. "Las Vegas has been the best move for me professionally."
In addition to involvement in civic organizations and nonprofits, Gallegos has a long list of accolades: She was one of seven Fox Rothschild attorneys to be named to the Nevada Business Magazine's Legal Elite 2014, she was "honored as one of the 2014 Top 40 Under Forty by "Vegas, Inc." magazine, and was selected to receive the Corporate INTL Magazine Global award for 2014 Real Estate Law Firm of the Year in Nevada."
