Middleton Honored During All Staff Event

The All Staff Council formally invites you to the Best in Show Event on Thursday, April 29th in the Pomerantz Stage in Olmsted Center to help us recognize the “Superior Performances and Outstanding Talents” among Drake staff members. The celebration will begin at 1:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments and the program will start at 2 p.m.

The council will recognize the following staff members who received the SPOTlight Award for their outstanding service and dedication to Drake:

•        Sonja Brightwell, Carpenter Hall receptionist, Residence Life

•        Margaret Corkrean, budget and office manager, College of Arts and Sciences

•        Brian Gabel, general manager for the Drake ISP Sports Network

•        Donna Knight-Donovan, student account supervisor, Student Accounts

•        Andrea McDonough, administrative assistant, Business and Finance

•        Mary Middleton, accounting and human resources manager, Head Start

•        Jeremy Sievers, director of web communications, Marketing and Communications

•        Sam Sinram, senior programmer analyst, Office of Information Technology

The SPOTlight Awards recognize staff members who demonstrate “Superior Performance and Outstanding Talent” with: Excellence, Creativity, Learning, Community Involvement, Integrity and Fiscal Responsibility.
