Eleanor Zeff received her B.A. from Tufts University and her Ph.D. from the Graduate Faculty of the New School in New York City. She has several publications on the European Union and on EU policy making (Transport, Transatlantic) as well as on European politics, developing areas, and African politics. Zeff has interviewed (in French) on Canadian radio broadcasts on U.S. politics, with CNN online about EU politics, and with U.S. broadcasts about Canadian politics. She is Drake University's Coordinator for International, Post-graduate, Scholarship Opportunities and works with students applying for scholarships around the world. Zeff is also a faculty board member of The Principle Financial Group Center for Global Citizenship.
