Prior to joining the Drake faculty, Sandy Henry amassed more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, in both agencies and in-house environments. She has won many awards for her work, including Addys, Tellys, NAMAs, and CASE awards. She is also well-versed in video production. Henry is an Apple Certified Trainer and is active with the Broadcast Education Association, the Des Moines chapter of the American Advertising Federation, and the Association of Education in Journalism and Mass Communication.
