Mark Kende's research in comparative constitutional law and human rights issues has brought him around the world. As a Fulbright Scholar, he served as a visiting professor of law at the University Stellenbosch in South Africa. He has also worked as a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Moldova and a rule of law consultant for the Democratic Republic of Congo. He teaches constitutional law at Drake Law School.
